Standard Service Agreement

Our services are carried out by our trained and professional service engineers to ensure that your unit continues to run as efficiently as possible.

We Include:

  • Annual service visit where all aspects of the tank are assessed and fully checked to ensure the highest possible standards are being met.
  • Emergency breakdown callouts included (replacement parts are not)
  • labour expenses included in the annual service
  • Serviceable parts are included and replaced as part of the service contract
  • Replacement parts are discounted
  • The service agreement lasts for 12 months and will also help you meet your Environment Agency obligations regarding your Consent to Discharge. This includes keeping records of service, de-sludging and maintenance work for a minimum of 5 years.
  • One Annual de sludge is included in the package
  • We offer services on all makes of treatment plants
  • We aim to respond to emergency call outs within 24hrs
Price example of £300.00 all inclusive is based on a standard gravity 6 person air activated tank.
 

Premium Service Agreement

Our services are carried out by our trained and professional service engineers to ensure that your unit continues to run as efficiently as possible.

We Include:

  • Annual service visit where all aspects of the tank are assessed and fully checked to ensure the highest possible standards are being met.
  • Emergency breakdown cover.
  • labour expenses included in the annual service
  • Serviceable parts are included and replaced as part of the service contract
  • Replacement parts are included (excluding complete tank replacement)
  • The service agreement lasts for 12 months and will also help you meet your Environment Agency obligations regarding your Consent to Discharge. This includes keeping records of service, de-sludging and maintenance work for a minimum of 5 years.
  • Emptying is included in our agreement
  • We offer services on all makes of treatment plants
  • We guarantee to respond to emergency call outs within 24hrs
  • We guarantee that a defective system will be operational within 48hrs of initial call out.

Price example £530.00 Based on a Standard Gravity 6 person air activated tank.

 

 

 

Terms and Conditions

Pricing:

1.1. Prices will currently have no VAT applied
1.2. When taking out a servicing agreement, payment is to be made in full within 30 days of the dated invoice. A full invoice will then be issued to the buyer and cover will begin
1.3. Cheques to be made payable to C N Bevan
1.4. All goods remain property of Wyre Drainage until fully paid for
1.5. To comply with the manufacturer’s requirements regarding de-sludging, only Wyre Drainage will advise when the treatment will need emptying as per the service agreement. This will be determined following servicing and duly noted in the service report

Cancellation:

2.1. No Contract may be cancelled by the Buyer except with the agreement, in writing, of the seller and on terms that the Buyer shall indemnify the Seller in full against all loss (including loss of profit), costs, damages, charges and expenses

Entitlement:

3.1. Free emergency breakdown cover (this applies for the first hour spent on site, additional time will be charged at £55 per hour)
3.2. Free replacement parts for the air pump (i.e. diaphragms & air filter)
3.3. Service visit(s) with detailed service reports informing the buyer of everything checked and the overall performance of the system
3.4. All travel costs and labour charges for call outs and services included in the price
3.5. Emptying is not included in the price unless otherwise stated, however if the treatment plant does require emptying Wyre Drainage will advise following
servicing (please see 1.5) The buyer will incur the cost of emptying
3.6. The integral alarm will be tested upon each service visit to ensure it is operating effectively
3.7. The air pump and diffuser will be checked for any defects and blockages and these will be resolved on site
3.8. The electrical source powering the air pump and alarm will be checked to determine any deterioration
3.9. A physical test of the lid of the tank will be performed
3.10. Visual inspection of the entire system for any defects will also be performed
3.11. In cases where the system has a pumped outlet, the submersible pump will be tested thoroughly as will the pumped alarm to ensure it is alerting the buyer to all eventualities, i.e. loss of power, loss of air pressure and high water levels

Damage:

4.1 Damages, vandalism and neglect/misuse of the system is the fault of the buyer and Wyre Drainage are not responsible for any loss or damages resulting from any of these
4.2 Damages caused by flooding is an act of God and is not included in the warranty and Wyre Drainage are not responsible for damages as a result of flooding
4.3 Complete tank replacement is NOT covered on any policy or agreement.
